Goat's naturally gentle milk is classified as A2 milk. It differs from the cow's A1 milk in the structure and properties of casein.Throughout the process of animal domestication, goat's milk has retained its identity and natural structure of casein, the milk protein that is most difficult to digest. It is believed that thanks to this A2 goat milk has a positive effect on food digestion without causing intestinal discomfort, disruption of the microbiota, and the growth of pathogenic flora.

Due to the special properties and structure of the protein, goat milk is closer to breast milk than cow milk. Goat milk and products based on it are digested faster and better than cow milk. It forms a softer protein clot in the baby's stomach. This contributes to better absorption and decreases discomfort when switching from breast milk to artificial or mixed feeding.
